We will be performing routine maintenance on our primary database systems during the scheduled maintenance window. During this maintenance period the e123 platform will be unavailable starting at around 1am ET / 10pm PT and remain unavailable for up to an hour. Should the platform be available sooner during this window you may also experience periods of slowness or temporary unresponsiveness as we complete the work.
Our team will monitor performance closely to minimize impact, and all systems are expected to return to normal immediately following the maintenance.
